Using the EHR to Increase Organizational Efficiency with Kadlec Regional Medical Center
When Kadlec Regional Medical Center went live with their Epic EHR, they set a goal to have all physicians return to pre-EHR RVU levels. Within one year, KRMC surpassed this goal and saw a 20% increase in patients seen and a 25% increase in RVU levels. Today, KRMC is in the 88th percentile for overall EHR satisfaction measured through the Arch Collaborative.
